Our fully trained staff are aware of the day to day labour requirements within the construction industry and endeavour to match the right man to the right job whereby satisfying our client`s needs and providing a valuable service to out of work contractors within the industry.
All contractors registered with Grafters are either known to our consultants from having undertaken work from us previously or come fully referenced from two sources. All tickets/certificates and qualifications are checked and verified with the governing body copies of relevant tickets/certificates are held on file.
Over 80% of contractors registered with Grafters now hold either the CSCS card or the CPCS card and all contractors who currently do not hold the relevant card are being encouraged to take the health and safety test to achieve this minimum standard.
